1. To be eligible participants must be

• Subscribed to a MobileActive, GetUpGo, MobileFun4Hours, Super Sonic Mobile or 194FUN service
• Subscribed between 10th August 2010 and 23rd November 2010
• Accrued a minimum of $40 on their membership
• 16 years of age or older

2. Offer means the online voucher provided to you by MobileActive for subscribing to MobileActive, GetUpGo, MobileFun4Hours, Super Sonic Mobile or 194FUN services.

3. The Offer can only be redeemed online through the Allphones web site (http://www.allphones.com.au) by entering the promotional code prior to checkout.

4. The Offer entitles the user to a $100 discount off an order when purchasing a product over $300 Recommended Retail Price (excludes delivery costs). The voucher may only be used once.

5. The voucher must be redeemed before 23rd February 2011.

6. The voucher expires after 3 months from the date of issue.

7. This Offer is not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used other than at http://www.allphones.com.au .

8. Only 1 voucher can be used per transaction.

9. Returned goods and delivery charges will not count towards the value of the order.

10. Promotional codes are non-transferable - they may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. Allphones reserves the right to verify the validity of use of the Offer at any time.  If there is (or Allphones has reason to believe that there has been) unauthorised use then the Offer is immediately withdrawn.

12. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

13. The Offer available on selected handsets above $300 RRP while stocks last.

14. MobileActive and Allphones reserve the right to remove or amend the voucher offer at any time.
